Our Commitment

Your satisfaction matters. If you are not happy with a purchase, we want to make it right. Please read this policy carefully and reach out — we will do our best to resolve any concerns fairly and promptly.

Digital Courses

Since our courses are digital products, access is granted immediately upon purchase. Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • Within 14 days of purchase — if you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Technical issues — if a technical problem prevents access to course content and we are unable to resolve it within 7 business days, a full refund will be issued.
  • Duplicate purchase — if you accidentally purchased the same course twice, contact us and we will refund the duplicate charge immediately.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.
  • Courses where more than 20% of the content has been accessed.
  • Change of mind after significant course consumption.
  • Free resources and free-tier content.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at contact@nisalgunawardhana.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include:

  • Your full name and email used at purchase.
  • The course name and date of purchase.
  • The reason for your refund request.

We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days depending on your payment method.

Payment Methods

Refunds are returned via the original payment method (PayHere, bank transfer, or other). Processing times may vary by provider.
